I have a account at miltipool and was just wondering if I can send all the different types of coins that I have mined to my bitcoin wallet or is multibit just for bitcoins?
If not is there a wallet someone can recommend?

one coin one wallet.
be v careful when downloading and running altcoin wallets as they almost all contain coin-stealing trojans.

Multidoge is fine, Electrum for Litecoin is fine... it greatly depends on the coin.
