That's 110% bullshit. I sent the PS3, power cable, and the controller to the address YOU provided. I offered to show you receipts THE DAY AFTER I SHIPPED THE ITEM, you said "nah bro". I cleaned my apartment and tossed them, and one day later you complained about shipping time and wanted to see the receipts.
I don't know if the package genuinely got lost in customs or you're just trying to make yourself feel better by making accusations before you do a PayPal chargeback or what. I don't really care either way as I've been done with this account for some time, but I sent your PS3.
I repeat - I SENT YOUR PS3.
If I felt like going through the trouble, I would go back to the post office and pull the customs form records which have the address you gave on them as well as my info and signature, but I really don't care. I shipped your PS3 in a plain shipping box with no tracking. I paid over $60 for shipping which would have been 80+ with flat-rate. I SHOULD have went flat-rate to get automatic tracking included (in the US anyway), but I wasn't too pleased that I was only making ~$50 on a ~$170 PS3 as it was.
Take your Pakistani scam elsewhere, buddy. I shipped your fucking console. I put the mobile number you gave me on the shipping label, the Korean lady that works at the post office verified the address you gave me to check for spelling errors, and I filled out the customs form properly.
I have nothing more to say on this topic. If I scammed you, I wouldn't have even logged into this account today, as I'm finished with it. I've completed exactly three legitimate deals on this account: I sold two Antminer S3s to crowetic, I shipped you the PS3, and I bought Bitcoins from some guy from Nepal with escrow.
Believe me, if I scammed you, I'd already have the PS3 listed on here under another account name. That thing is sitting in Pakistan customs somewhere, I promise you that.
And I'm out.
Dude 2 different people geographically isolated from each other are trying to scam YOU ? How important do you really think you are mate ? I was staying out of your idiocy but enough is enough. You aren't reading between the lines, here. I really shouldn't have to literally confess to felonies for you to get it.
I've completed exactly three legitimate transactions on this account. No more, no less. I sold crowetic antminers which arrived after I was paid up front. I shipped a PS3 to this Paki after I was paid up front. I bought bitcoins from a user from Nepal using escrow.
I have some kind of personality flaw and/or mental problem where I simply cannot stand someone accusing me of something I didn't do. If the shoe fits, by all means, but I didn't do this.
I don't care about my reputation on this account - I've long since bought another one and I'm doing fine. However, I did not scam this user.
Again, I shipped his PS3 to the address he gave me. I have complete records of our conversations (Assuming Skype didn't delete them when I blocked him), and I can pull the shipping information if I feel like it. If the USPS keeps records of customs forms, then I can pull the FUCKING RECORD OF THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION THAT I FILLED OUT.
I fucking WALKED IN THE COLD to get to the post office to ship that fucking thing. I carried the PS3, power cable, and controller in a brown plastic bag (the ones you get from grocery stores) to protect it from the light rain that was coming down that day. I used the information that Smack That Ace gave me. I put his mobile number on the package. I followed his fucking instructions exactly except that there was no tracking on the package.
Again, (and I cannot stress this enough), I used this guy as a reputation builder. I sold antminers to crowetic, sold this guy a PS3, and took payment up front for both to BUILD MY REPUTATION. He's trying to either pull a scam, or the package got caught at customs.
There is literally nothing in it for me to scam this guy - I don't have the fucking PS3 because I SENT IT TO PAKISTAN.
IF I WOULD HAVE SCAMMED THIS GUY I'D HAVE SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.
The irony of all of this is that PayPal wanted me to wait 21 days before I could get his payment (He sent half in BTC). I never did get that, as I scammed some MyCash and closed the account.
In other words, I lost a PS3. The amount of BTC he sent covered shipping PLUS TEN DOLLARS.
Repeat - I GOT TEN DOLLARS FOR THIS PS3. Big scam, right? Yeah, no.
If I hit this guy, I would tell you. I give no shits if I'm caught scamming someone. I didn't hit this guy. It seems he hit me, or his third-world country has his PS3 at customs.
If you REALLY want me to get real about this entire situation, let me put it like this - It was in my best LEGAL interest that I shipped that PS3. So I did. End of discussion.
FYI NewDeal2014 is a known scammer named Garrott Gardner, who has been scamming on bitcointalk and bitcoin-otc for almost 3 years
And if you knew anything about the person you mentioned, you would know that if I were him, I would admit to hitting someone. Especially someone from Pakistan who can't take any action against me. I didn't fucking scam this guy. I shipped that PS3. If he would bitch about it not working, I'd believe it. I didn't test it other than to see if it turned on. It turned on. The side sliding panel opens. That was enough for me. He's not saying that the package is at customs, he's not saying that it doesn't work, he's saying that I never sent it WHICH IS INCORRECT.
Again, I don't fucking care if he actually received the PS3 or not. I do care that he's trying to put something on my jacket that isn't accurate. If I hit someone for 30 BTC, I'll admit to it, because I simply don't give a fuck. I didn't scam this guy - I sent his console.
I'll try to suppress my personality disorder that makes me respond to inaccuracies about what I've done. I'm out.
