i got banned but i dont know why...i dont think my posts were spam at all

and i dont think also that a first warning should be 60 days ban as well

i think this is unfair!!!

Please copy paste the text you see when you login with your main account, it usually gives you the reason.

There might be another reason, but looking over the posts that you have made with that account, they aren't particularly constructive. Most are just a sentence which don't add to the discussion. It seems like you may of been doing this on purpose to boost your post count, because of the signature campaign you are involved in.

Of course that's my interpretation, and it could be another reason why you have been banned. But, I would say it was due to the quality & quantity of posts you were making.

Login, to your account and tell us what the exact message says, we can confirm whether it's permanent or temporary. Although, if this is your first ban/warning then it's likely the staff team gave you the benefit of the doubt and it's only a temporary ban. Looking at your posts though, it's likely you were warned way before this happened.

If I had to guess I would say it is because of your paid signature plus at least two pages of insubstantial posts. The two pages I looked at are very short mostly two (very short) sentences that really do not add to the conversation.

It says 60 days in the op, though that does seem a long time for a first offense but it's clear to see there's little effort going into his posts. Have you got other accounts that have previously been banned?

Yeah, I just saw it and edited my post (must be my tied eyes). Yeah, ever since his first post they have been of poor quality. I should imagine this isn't his first offence.

It is not just about the length of your posts, it is about actually adding to the conversation. A good amount of your posts should be something that others can (and actually do) reply to.

From the looks of it I was right about the reason. I can't comment on the ban evasion part because I don't have access to tools to check this. Do you have more then one account? If so did you use it while your other account was banned?

Your posts wouldn't be spam if you put this much effort into the rest of them. I suspect you have alt accounts you're not telling us about that have been in trouble for this before and this is the reason for the hefty ban.

As you remember from where? First bans are usually 7 days but it depends on the circumstances and if you've had previous accounts banned then this is an appropriate punishment. I know you're protesting your innocence but a couple of other accounts that were brought up with yours look like they could belong to you (same style of posting and posting in the same giveaways one after the other on the same days etc) but this is just from my observation and BadBear has access to much more information than I do but he's usually spot on with this sort of stuff.

True, but it's also easy to spot patterns when they have the same posting style and post one after the other etc, but as I said this is just from my personal observation and BadBear has access to much more info on the matter than I do.

First warning usually is 7 days, I wonder how you know the exact number. Anyway just me beeing paranoid.

This suggests that you have at least one other account or someone with the same IP addresses as you. Any way to prove to the admins that you dont own/used another account? It usually is not possible to prove such a thing I know. Maybe someone from the staff is willing to reveal which account triggered the ban evasion.

The length of the post is not relevant. A simple "yes" can be helpfull if someone has a simple yes/no question and you are the first person to answer this. Plenty of your posts are questions, cant argue against someone asking honest questions. Although you ask them at a pace where one wonders if you ever read the answers. The other thing is that your posts lack substance. Lets make a few examples.

Its just your personal opinion. While its fine to post this and almost all of us post opinions here it would be worth more to others reading your post if you could back it by reasons. Why do you think the board in question is "really good"? Why do you think it should be on the list?

#2 OP has a problem with A and your "solution" is for OP to use B. That is not helping. Imagine you post about a problem with your car and someone posts: "Why do you use car in the first place? Use bike, its the safest!"

Most (if not all) of your posts are in the above fashion and in threads that work like this. If you post a few of those its fine, but in your case you do not post anything else. IMHO your posts are one-liners without any value to anyone reading them. If this is because your english skills do not allow you to express yourself better: post less, dont sell your signature, improve your english and/or stick to the subboard in your language.
