I think if it starts the compile count back at 0, then you'll know it has reset or you've completed the 100 elems.

its never happened to me before. Might just be a false positive.

I could upload my nxt_db if that helps. (its uploaded to 1/19/2015). If it gives the same exact notification I think it may just be a false positive. 

If all else fails (and you still want to try out ELEMS or the other alt-MS currencies for NXT) you could download the blockchain normally

gpu can not work?

its not made to support scrypt yet according to the dev of the program. It supports keccak25 for now which MS Currencies like EGOLD https://nxtforum.org/monetary-system-153/(ann)-egold-1st-mintable-keccak25-coin-zero-premint/ and others are made on.
