Are vanity addresses still worth any money, and if so, how much would a "1Bitcoin....." vanity address be worth?

Only if split-key generated between you and the buyer.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

1Trade/servicemark... - depends on the registrant/buyer

It will take 1-2 weeks to make on a normal office PC.
I do not think anybody would pay for that "service".
Also taken the security perspective into consideration,
it would be more safe for the potential buyer to generate the addy on their own system.

Cryptography is one of the few things you can truly trust.
