I'm auctioning signature space for 1 month where 1 month = 30 days.

Your ad/link will replace the Rugatu link that is currently in my signature.  If you want the link to be listed 2nd in my signature, that is OK.  The Coinabul link will remain at the top.

Bids can be placed in either BTC or LTC.  If two bids are made and one is made in BTC and the other in LTC, it will be assumed that 1 BTC = 200 LTC.  For example, a bid of .5 BTC will be outbid by a bid of 105 LTC.  In the event of a tie, (e.g. .5 BTC vs. 100 LTC), the LTC bid will win.

Bidding starts at .15 BTC or 30 LTC.  Increments will be .05 BTC or 10 LTC.

The auction ends when I say it ends, but it will last for no longer than 72 hours from the time this thread is created.

Happy bidding Smiley

Will you guarantee not to deface the winner's link as you have with Rugatus? Roll Eyes

Perhaps you should do a little research into why Rugatu's link appears the way it does in my signature.   Needless to say, they chose to apologize both to me and to the entire community.  There's a reason they appeared on the Bitcoin Shit List.

By the way, I don't really care too much, but submitting and withdrawing a bid from an auction on this site is frowned upon by many and will lead to the development of a bad reputation.  But, since this auction was technically already over to begin with, it's not a big deal in my opinion.

Dude honestly really? yo you were trying to take people's money for vanity service and you couldn't even setup it so it was private, you have no idea about any idea and your post are so non-formative. Users like this are the cancer, you don't even understand how Ruagtu used there site as a function scram to make money on GLBSE and I know investor that got screwed so yea. I hate full members that just like to inject a quarter of a story on something they have no clue about. Let the big people use bitcoin now.

Please don't disrupt my auction thread when you have no idea what went on with Rugatu.

Long story short, Rugatu paid me to put their link in my signature.  Then, they started screwing over their user base, lying, and manipulating the Rugatu system which cost me and others money.

When I collected enough evidence such that it was impossible for them to deny misuse of their own administrative privileges, they issued an apology to myself and to the community.

So I changed my Rugatu link to suit 2 purposes:

1)  I didn't want to scam Rugatu because they had paid me for 30 months

2)  I also didn't want innocent users to waste their time using a site that was taking advantage of its user base.  I felt making other users aware of this was the correct compromise.

I meant "they paid me for 30 days" not "30 months"

I don't know what the exact terms of Rugatu paying you were, but I'm pretty sure they didn't ask for the link text in your sig and didn't pay assuming it'd be there.

I just asked a valid question because I wouldn't want to bid and have you put my sites in your sig as 'a piece of garbage'.
