The interface for dropping magnets is separate from the beta testing environment used for collecting.

Made some improvements to Collect Mode over the weekend based on direct feedback from our beta testers. Users are now able to explore while Collect Mode is enabled. Made a few UI improvements in the backend for $GEO drops and logins

I can confirm that improvements on Collect mode are great. Much easier to use, effortless hunting.
I must admit it is a little addictive to use, since today I drove almost 50miles to collect just 2 GEO's

Found out the Search feature was acting up over the weekend based on beta tester feedback. We were able to resolve the issue by updating our Mapbox GL JS core and geocoder API's. Keep the feedback coming!
