Bitcoin is not over, bitcoin is only over when everyone who uses bitcoin believes that it is dead. I trust that bitcoin will survive to live another year, or at least decade.

Just because a bitcoin price is dropping, doesnt really mean its over.

You have to look at the recent events that effected the price drop. Some of these events were bitstamp being hacked 19,000 bitcoin and then people made a quick panic.

Also people being scammed on a daily basis, and other things that people not want to use bitcoin or touch it.

Yep, that's true. It is just a matter of time to prove that bitcoin will become the most valuable currency on the future

Rather than valuable I would call it the most useful.

No. Bitcoin or any promising Altcoin is not going to fall. As technology improve, fiat will no-longer become the 'first' currency. Digital currency such as Bitcoin or Litecoin will be taking over. Dont sell, or you are consider a 'bad investor/early adopter'.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!

Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

I agree that cryptocurrencies will always be relevant and so they will not fall, but it does seem too optimist to say fiat won't stay the main currency in the foreseable future.

No, It's not over.

My speculation:
1. Someone sells huge amount of Bitcoin, makes the price drops.
2. Someone else saw the price suddenly drops, panicly sell his/her bitcoins, make the price drops even more.
3. Someone else saw the bitcoin prices drop, or even newcomer. Didn't want miss the chance to buy bitcoin while it's still cheap, until the prices goes back.

Need to spread bitcoins even more Smiley

it's need that those exchange add more sucurity to their hole, and stop those hacker

if you think about it, bitcoin is falling mostly because of hacking which is damn retarded..

What will you do now when bitcoin price is dropping like crazy and soon will reach 0?

If it reaches zero this forum will shut and this conversation would have never happened   Cool

I doubt both things. The community in this forum is insanely big, all the people here will not magically go away even on the most catastrophic scenareo.

If this happens, the naysayers will probably remain on the forum for a long time, to tell variations of "I told you so!" Wink
