i found this website on payza.com then i deposit there .568 btc  https://blockchain.info/tx/e3f16ad2ca6dd0fe2c1ae156772370ed09e9c4cd3fbc94e35c7c0f0a45a314f2 then i request a withdraw but it keep showing your withdrawals are currently limited. what should i do now ? i submit a verification request but it still pending ..what should i do now is there any official thread of them?

Now you just wait mate , you are not their only customer it usually takes time on website like that (that need your real informations etc ..)

I do know that mate , I know ! those kind of websites that need ID and real informations takes time to proccess etc , they have a lot of informations to check . you posted this thread today , if you sumbitted the your ID today too ..then allow to 24-48 hours first . if you don't have any response from them, just send them a ticket from your account here => http://support.virtex.com/

they are dead as Egopay. Egopay owned Virtex.com too.
Read about Egopay. It seems they were "hacked" or someone ran with the money. either ways is bad. yes, the last one is ugliest

Facts: exchangers lost a lot of money.
Conclusion: Virtex is showing alive (the charts are working but with fake transactions) but it's dead

I told you to give them some time , at least 48 hours mate . You should be patient I know  your money is on the line but you have nothing else to do .
Bitcoin have no CHargeback option unlike the other payments methods (Paypal,Payza,MasterCard etc .. )
But you should take mayax words seriously probably , as i SAID I never tested their services before .
