If you distribute the premine before getting on an exchange it might be better. |

Not really matter how much he has. Support of coin and roadmap is matter. He can dump and then not support even not shows online. I agree dev can have some coins for suppoting his project but... I don't believe newbie accounts. Nothing personall, really. This is not only about this coin. |

Where community could push on exchange(bittrex) and if they are stron enough,it could really be listed.
