Do you know CryptoDouble, the ponzi website start all of this suck trend? They have run away with their investor money, right? They gain a lot. If they sell all of their Bitcoin to convert to their local currency, it's will affect the Bitcoin price. It's same for another ponzis.

Depends on the number of people that fall for it and the money they throw at them .
Weekly ponzi earned around 50-60 BTC on commision....others earn depending on the amount.

But I don't think that throwing anything out of your pockets in any Ponzis may harm the reputation of Bitcoins... In other words, what has Ponzis to do with Bitcoin's rep? As you yourself said, 50 BTC in commission won't harm much or can't even dump it to any lows as these earnings are nothing compared to the traded coins at Exchanges... Also, these admins, however, are turning a bit trustworthy to be invested in, as many are not just taking fees only, but also contributing those fees, either to show that they are trustworthy or maybe they are genuine, but yes, they are paying...

there are the scam ponzis that claim to be cloud mining of investment sites that make sometimes some 100's in profit. I think I don't need to tell names.

Their profit might be bigger, but I think still not enough to hurt the prices and they are more rare than the ones we find in the gambling section

They are not always huge amounts that these schemes get away with . So its safe to say, that they won't be able to do serious damage, but they do definitely spoil the image of bitcoins when they end as scams.
