As in title i need to get ahold of scammer and used to see here offers of people who are capable of that.
I have his IP, email, few social accounts, 1 website [with its own domain].

I would post specs about the guy publicly as im sure many would do the job just for the cause yet im worried he is going to try to hide or put false trails [he already tries] so looking for somebody who has good rep here and could help investigate the dude.

anybody have experience with such threads here ?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

If you have that much, your next step would be to hope some lawyer issues subpoenas for those accounts for you.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

He may not yet have probable cause for the accounts to get searched.

The more he scammed the worse crime he wil be charged with however even if he scammed/stole a very small amount he can still be charged with petty theft in most jurisdictions (although the police will often not be interested in investigating such crimes)

Police don't do anything without solid proof. And solid proof for them is something OP can never get. Police are no help

he might be in other country, so sue him would require strong evidence(and also strong evidence it would be economically worth it)

As much as I hate scammers, tread carefully brother, some folks do not take lightly to being investigated, and might counter on you. I hope you get justice though.

Why don't you openly post the details here, so people can collectively help you on it. And whoever comes out with the information can be paid.
