Some countries like mine dont allow it's citizens to receive personal payments from Paypal.

Dont badger the newbie here, I m sure he didnt knew, after all paypal does market their personal payments and gifts as non refundable form of payment and I remember a time here in the forums when even the most experienced people believed that (including me).

It cant be charged back even if you say it was unauthorized. In order for paypal to believe it wasnt you who sent money you would have to get into your paypal from different mashine and send money but in that case you are subject to fraud? People paying from their paypal accounts can't claim personal payments for bitcoin.
