actually it is good that with Smart Contracts availability everyone could creade his cryptocurrency now. the better your product - the more price. Fair enough.

Are you mining from this wallet? Does this wallet have a huge number of transactions?
But you are saying you are unable to send any amount. Have you tried using the console? (sendfrom or sendtoaddress)
What is your transaction fee amount set at?

The code base for this coin is rather old and will be quite the undertaking to update. Currently I am only able to send approximately 35,000 BQC maximum at a time. The standard fee I applied is at 0.01 per kB. When sending large transactions made up of dust or even full blocks the data amount is large. The largest fee I have been charged to send is always just under 10 BQC, any transaction that requires more than this will error out, I assume it is due to the block's maximum data size. Also the larger the transactions make the wallet act more buggy, at least the version I am running does, and will be "not responding" for a few minutes each time.

I would be willing to donate some FLO in addition to the BQC, reasonably the value of BQC is not much of an incentive to update code base from 0.6.3 -> 0.10 ? 0.15?

I have about 19,000 transactions, I am not mining from the wallet, but I used to.  I will try sending from console when I can.. I had my transaction fee set to 0.0000000. That could be a reason

./bbqcoind: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.46.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

You've upgraded (or removed) libraries since bbqcoind was compiled.

Drives me crazy when a routine version nudge of openssl suddenly causes all of my coin daemons to break on restart...

You may be able to fudge together a symlink but the best solution is to recompile the daemon.
