I've been neglecting the service for a while and haven't really had time to make it a more usable site, so I'm auctioning off the site, starting at BTC1.5
The purchase will include the domain (buybit.sv.gd), the SQL dump, the namecoin and bitcoin wallet.dat, as well as the source code for the site.

Bidding ends on the 21st of July 00:00:00 and will go to the highest bidder.

Does the winner of this auction obtain full exclusivity to the source code or do you reserve the right to sell to future buyers?

Full disclosure: I have already purchased a copy of the source code and SQL table structure, with no user data or wallet information.

Previous NDA with you is still valid, the winner essentially gets the right to "override" that NDA and allow you to release the code as you like, but is not allowed to revoke your permission to use the code.
The winner does get mostly full exclusivity to the source, although I still retain most rights to the code and am able to for example:
Release the code as open source, re-sell the code under non-disclosure, and use the code in my own personal projects as I require.
The winner gets the same rights as above, although these may change if the winner strongly disagrees with my licensing.

These rights were what I was referring to:

Release the code as open source,
re-sell the code under non-disclosure

So you retain those rights and the buyer has those rights too, right?
