The way activity is calculated is also timebased, beside to posts number,  so an old account might rise in activity level  faster than a new one.

Well it is registered a long time ago which may be desirable, but like others have said without making posts it isn't really worth much as it'll still be a newbie account or something.

Ha, I didn't realize he was selling this account as also did a few others by the looks of things  . Yes, not worth much at all. You also might get negative feedback from trying to sell it and then it really will be worthless.
