Sorry, it's very unlikely that anyone will give you a loan unless you are willing to offer collateral. Although, if you can offer an acceptable altcoin collateral, I'll give you this loan.

I don't have other coins. And if I wanted to trick you, I wouldn't ask for $4 only. I can't get bitcoins because I have reached the 1 month limit on virwox. Anyway, I won't beg for $4. Thanks for trying to help though. I really appreciate it.

has it got this bad that the people wanting $1 now can't be arsed to beg on a street, they buy a computer and beg online. $4... are you taking the piss? sell your potato peeler and if that doesn't raise enough money sell your tin opener.

Seriously though, if you have enough money to own a computer, you probably live somewhere which I can't help but think would mean you really should be able to find $4 somewhere.

Sellers at localbitcoins will not accept money from an unverified paypal (understandably), I've tried before. From where I live, my best bet was virwox. Been using it for several months without any problem, except for the limits. I need to wait 12 more days for next order. If someone will exchange bitcoins for paypal (unverified), I'll be thankful. You can keep the money for a few days in your paypal account before sending the bitcoins (If possible, less than a week).
