I've been trying to get my gauth key reset for a week now and so far received a total of 1 email from them.

Sent last thursday:

E-mail is a horrible method for providing support once your userbase grows above all but trivial levels.  Perhaps try pinging nefario on IRC (appears to be on during business hours, GMT)

Posting to let you know I responded in case it ends up in spam again. Please check spreadsheet attached to email, everything checks out when calculating the balance manually.
