COLX needs a project, a concrete one, maybe an online store. To be on exchanges will not help the price of COLX. We're all part in COLX community, lets share our ideas for that project.

thanks for your recmmendation. However, users have to deposit at least one time, then they have rights to vote. Right?

That is correct.  If you do not want to use your own funds, the COLX team will give you 100 DOGE coins to your address on Mercatox, then you can sell them and vote.

There is also a paid system with POINTS.  These can be bought on the exchange.
