I think I successfully installed the AMD APP SDK (version 2.7) i rebooted the machine and than tried to run...
Code:
CFLAGS="-02 -Wall -march=native"  ./configure
...I get this configure error:

Code:
Configuration Options Summary:

 curses.TUI...........: FOUND: ncurses
OpenCL...............: NOT FOUND. GPU mining support DISABLED
configure: error: No mining configured in

I have Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit and GeForce 8400 GS graphics card. CGMiner version is 2.5.0.

Please help...

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

AMD APP SDK is for AMD card (Radeon HD 7970, 6990,...)
You need Nvidia's driver, but it's pointless since with 8400 GS you can only get 2.3 MH/s.
Even if you have 150 computers that use NVIDIA 8400 GS under your control, you can beat it with just one Radeon HD 5850 (350 MH/s).

Mining on Laptop isn't really recommended, since the speed isn't worth it (you get 50% discount speed compared to desktop version).
Last time I mined on my laptop it instantly shut down because of overheat.
I can't find 51xx series in the wiki.

4570 Mobile : 9.6 MH/s
5870 Mobile :  189.2 MH/s
5870 Desktop : 313 MH/s

It seems you're really new to bitcoin mining.
Right now, there are two routes :
1. Bitcoin route :
ASIC, pre-order only for now. Will be released in October according to BFL
4 GH/s $149
40 GH/s $1200
1 TH/s $30,000
http://www.butterflylabs.com/products/

FPGA (will be obsolete in October)
Mod Miner Quad, 800 MH/s, 80 W, $1069
BFL Single 800 MH/s, 40W, $600

GPU (will be obsolete in October)
Speed varies between 212-685 MH/s, watt consumption is high.

2. Litecoin route :
GPU
Depends on the model, varies between $100 - $400
