You are offering interesting and useful service but I can already pay the bills with my Bitcoin  Visa debit card so at the moment I don't have the need for it and the provision is much smaller. But in case that I would need your services, just tell me if this is applicable in.all European countries or there are some restrictions?

We have the lowest fees and the best exchange rate.

We don't only offer a Debit card, but also bank transfers and bill payments worldwide!

Who is the card issuer? Where can I find the current btc/eur exchange rate?

The card issuer is MyChoice. You can see the current exchange rate in the top left corner after you log in.

So, to load the card with 1 BTC will cost for me: "rate in the top left corner" minus 0.5% = €393.71 (21.04.2016 17:14 UTC) - €1,96855 = €391,74 ?

Not quite. The fee is added. So in your example, to load up the card with €393.71 (= 1 BTC), you will be asked to pay 1.005 BTC = €395.68.

Maybe I was incorrectly expressed, but it is the same. In my example I have only 1 BTC (=€393.71), so I will get 0.995 BTC = €391,74.?

That is correct.
And don't forget the hidden fee 1% collected by BitPay for offering "the best" exchange rate. Right?

No, there is no hidden fee. We charge 0,5% for every transaction on top of the Bitcoin exchange rate that is quoted. And usually, the exchange rate is quite good compared to the main exchanges. And we're always working on getting a better exchange rate in the first place.

No, wait, I understand that YOU charge only 0,5% for every transaction but there is also BitPay between you and a customer and they charge additional 1%.

So your statements like "We have the lowest fees and the best exchange rate." and "We charge 0,5% (but saying nothing about additional paygate's fee)  for every transaction on top of the Bitcoin exchange rate that is quoted. And usually, the exchange rate is quite good (now it's usually, not always?) compared to the main exchanges." are untrue and it looks like you are trying to deceive your potential customers.

Sorry if there's any misunderstandings, let me explain you the process again:

The exchange rate that is stated on our website after login is the one we use. That is usually what you would get at the major exchanges, sometimes a little more, sometimes slightly less. We add our fee of 0,5% on top of that, and that's it. There are no hidden fees.

Yes, but don't terminate your regular bank account just yet. Cheesy US is the toughest nut to crack so far.

I used the service of Bitwala a lot this year am I am almost pleased. One time they forgot the reference text (that's what the other side, the seller, told me). The only thing I don't like, is that they promise to proceed the transfers within hours on working days, but sometimes it takes more than 24 hours actually. So, this could be much better. All in all it's a great service. And, if possible, they should do payments to PaypLa accounts again, but I guess it was cancelled due to fraudulent actions. :/

The fee for sending money is always 0.5% of the transaction amount. The country from which the bank transfer is made depends on the currency, so there's no general answer. Please contact customer support if that's something you need to know. Payments are processed within 24 hours, so a payment to a Turkish bank account should arrive within 48 hours. So depending on when you initiate it, it could arrive the same day.
