Yes, we will create a EURO pegged token which is backed 1-to-1, by EURO currency held in our reserves. It is like a crossed cheque or an IOY that the owner can have paid out.

I have noticed that recently there have been alot more problems with the card loads than before. Your service used to have no problems but as time goes by there are more. I already sent a ticket in about this subject. I hope you can add some kind of live chat for this type of problems or at least an option for an refund if the invoice is paid and the transfer is confirmed.

I apologise for the recent card load issues. We have processed all loads that weren't processed automatically in the last days. The issue has its roots in the quick pace of new users that have signed up. We have employed new staff members in tech and customer support in the last weeks to get these issues under control.

In regards to the live support and refund option suggestion, I have created new topics on our user feedback page. If you have any more ideas please let us know.

I knew Bitwala is a company that can't stop to provide just a Bitcoin wallet and card and has a potential to go to the next level. You haven't got the "Best Blockchain Startup" (at the Fintech forum in Paris) without doing anything. I am in hurry to see how Bitwala will grow.
When you will offer the EU bank account/IBAN I will happy to close one bank account I own and replace it with Bitwala service.

Yes, the IBANs will be named and we are working hard to bring them live in the beginning of 2018. The release date depends on how fast our legal team can get everything in order but we have made some big steps in the last months.

We have been working on offering IBAN accounts for our users for over a year and are getting very close, but as you said it is out of our hands in regards of German bureaucracy. I wouldn't like to guess on a so important milestone. I hope you can understand.

Sorry for this issue. Our Wallet provider and our exchange rate can sometimes be different. The rate that you get is the one when creating the "invoice". The exchange rate that we offer you is the one at the top right.

I have a question about possible tax payment when I use your service in EU countries.When I order Bitwala Prepaid Debit Card(physical) and use that card for ATMs withdraw or payment via POS is that visibly to every tax office in EU?

Second question is regarding card verification as I see you have level 2 user which have unlimited lifitime card,is there option to use card without verification and what limits are in that case?For verification you ask passport,can it be ID card which is used to travel between all the EU countries?
