They aren't perfect and depend on btc exchanges API's, so issues may appear sometimes. Have patience and they will solve your issue quite fast. Make sure you keep a balance on the exchanges, if you do arbitrage between them, so you can mitigate any bitinstant delays.

got my btc but when i purchased rate on mtg was like 8.6-8.7, so should had been around 23btc, but i ended up only getting 21.7 because of the wait =\.

I've not used Bitinstant; that's really not too shabby for posting to your account, I think.

just want to say, bitinstant was awesome. they sent me a extra 1.3btc for the delay.

So far I've loved bitinstant. I,ve had the least trouble putting money using the nearest Bank of America bank through there bank transfer drop off to mt gox funding.

I forgot to mention..i buy BTC at mtgox and move them quickly to my allet or GLBSE....i dont trust mt gox for anything long term.
