I find it difficult to see a price below 100 in  2015. is not going to happen, unless there is a shocking event, a risk event, of large proportions.

Think about it. We're at a major tipping point in the life cycle of Bitcoin, a 'make or break' if you like. The price has been dropping for longer than it's ever dropped and is now entering into the 'despair' phase of this price bubble.

It will bounce back up of course, but before it can climb confidently there has to be a steep, brief plunge downwards into the 'oh shiiiiIt' price range - the sub-100

It wont stay there for long, few will get $80/90, but only until this psychological barrier as been breached can the recovery begin

Source: my stoned brain

Thanks!   Cool

It is possible but I think there will be a lot of support sub-200$ as we have seen last time it went under 200$.

Of course it could still go down from here. Even below $100! At best we're only slowly getting back into a bull market now but we're definitely not there yet!
That being said, I don't think we see prices below $100 again - ever. Back in 2011 people also waited for things to go below $1...

People said that about $300. People also said that $300 had a lot of buy support, and now $200. But then nobody can really know. IMO it's a good time to buy and accumulate right now, regardless of price.

Lets be real, it has been a living nightmare to bring it down under 200$, and it bounced back up like a ping-pong ball, and with every step back the struggle was greater, so what in the world would make someone think it can go below 100$? I may be too optimistic, but i dont think i am, its more realistic than optimistic. Under 200 ? no problem, it may happen, but under 100 i think never again.
I would personaly love it if that happens, but i wouldnt sell a satoshi even if i were starving to death, i would just buy more and more, until blisters appear on my finger from pressing "buy btc"

If the 50k coins at an auction would be sold at the same time that would really make a price panic Tongue

It will be interesting to see what will happen to the price after the 50k auction but i don't think it will affect the price much.

Interesting source though, my stoned brain often tells me to buy.
Note: Don't buy coins when stoned..  Tongue
