Isis is just a puppet of the U.S. government.

The USA has done nothing but instal puppet governments and terrorist groups around the world to fight their wars for them and give them an excuse to invade certain countries.

It has already been proven, beyond a doubt, that terrorists are using Monero.

I support a decentralized & unregulatable ledger first, with safe scaling over time.

Well, thats been always a case. But no, we always have people complaining about bitcoin that way.

maybe, if they see some members of the ISIS eating twinkies, they will be threads for that too Tongue , and a ban to follow.

There’s a grain of truth in this story. It’s certainly true that terrorists—like those affiliated with Islamic State—are looking at crypto-currencies as a means to move money without spies and law enforcement agencies tracking them.

The concept that bitcoin could be used to help fund terrorists has been a long-standing concern among law enforcement and government agencies worldwide. Indeed, many restrictions placed on the use of digital currencies stem from these concerns.

Bitcoin makes it difficult for anti-terrorist financing authorities to stop transactions from taking place. Services such as DarkWallet were specifically cited as methods for making bitcoin payments between terrorists even more untraceable.

Terrorist funders may find bitcoin and other digital currencies attractive owing to the broad supervision and monitoring of the global financial system. Specifically, in the post-9/11 world, many governments actively watch for suspicious money movements.

By using bitcoin, ISIS and other organizations could circumvent legal barriers that keep money away from terrorists. The digital currency’s borderless transaction capabilities and avoidance of major money conduits make it a logical fit for terrorists – and a likely target for law enforcement officials concerned about this exact application.

Bitcoin presents tax evasion benefits as well.

It has already been proven, beyond a doubt, that terrorists are using Monero.

In what world? People barely even use Monero to play dice games.
