Blockchain.info is perfect for me, but i didn't try others.
Ahh. Okay. That's better. But try another btc wallet.  Try this btc wallet. Coins.ph just sign up only. And verify any verification that provides.

Where can I download multibit classic? I don't like the HD version. I get paranoid every time I have to generate a new
payment request just to get a BTC address.

No web based wallet. I can't trust any online website to store value anymore. Mobile wallets I also don't trust fully. Multibit or Bitcoin core seem to be the 2 best. I think these can be the most trusted.

Exactly correct!  Do not trust exchange or online wallet services if you can have a safe wallet at home on your pc and backed up on several places
No system is safe, every wallet have their weakness, just how you can protect your wallet before its hacked.
example by using 2fa or pin or other verif.

Still available on the multibit server
I use versions 0.5.18 and 0.5.19 (classic)

Never liked the HD version, I don't want a wallet with a password reset option, they call it a feature, I call it a liability...

Encrypt your wallet and keep as many backups as you  can in different places, physical, digital, cloud, paper, USB sticks, with different persons who you trust etc

Think outside the box, the more ways you  keep it the greater your chances of recovery from disaster... Just don't Encrypt it so well so you can't open it yourself lol  Wink
