Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

buying products online for delivery to your house to resell for cash or purchasing online a debit card which again is delivered to your house is not exactly anonymous.
if you want anonymity from government. then find someone local person in your county/area and trade for cash
that way there is no paper trail of bank accounts and delivery addresses to follow.

You can sell to me via Neteller, don't know how anonymously it is, but hey! I need some (just a few) coins.

You mean something for bitcoin businessmen? You use anonymous cards like IotaBank and those ruski looking exchangers that don't ask for IDs etc. BTC to IBAN

1 localbitcoin, it is anonymous, just see each other and get the cash, you don't need tell the buyer your name. 2 btc-e.com, maybe the best choice for exchange, other exchanges need ID verification, not needed here, but you may expose your info to payment processors.

When you decide to use cash, you barely can keep anonymous. You may choose the localbitcoin exchange to convert your bitcoin into fiat.

How can I anonymously and most conveniently turn Bitcoins into cash, preferrably through withdrawing from an ATM?
Hi, Yes it is possible, however, you will have to be in South Africa or neighboring countries that support ATM withdrawals. I have made this site www.cashsend.za.net to demonstrate that it is possible to do so if you have the resources available. You will end up with a voucher and pin number if you follow the process (will be useless to you if you are not in South Africa) otherwise you just pop down to the nearest ATM (in store withdrawal also available from selected stores) and follow the instructions on the screen. No financial or other details are stored onsite H

What I used to do was sell my bitcoins on LBC in exchange for google wallet funds. I had a verified Google Wallet so I had the debit card. This is as fast and convenient as it gets, and you get a little profit from selling on LBC. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions about Google Wallet let me know; I'm pretty experienced with their services.
Regards

Well you can 'anonymously' buy products on Amazon using purse.io but that's not cash. It's not easy to buy bitcoin anonymously but I don't know how hard it is to cash out anonymously.
