It's said that ISP use DNS filtering to block users from visiting pirate bay in GB.  So,
how many ISPs have implemented the block?
How many websites(pirate bay,newzbin2, etc) are blocked in GB?
what percentage of pirate bay users in GB still access pirate bay by simply changing DNS server to 8.8.8.8(or similiar) and evade the block?

We are trying to determine whether it's worth our time to add a test node in GB to detect censorship.
Our testing system(https://en.greatfire.org) only detects censorship in China for the time being.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You go! I think it is worth it because UK citizens are in a better position to fight this than in China. That means getting more done than just drawing attention to the issue.

That's true. But if only a handful of websites are blocked in GB, Our testing system is much wasted as we might test tens of thousands URLs in database only to yield hardly any blocked reports of GB

Most UK ISPs block all pages on the IWF's blacklist. According to the following page, there are usually around 500 to 800 pages blocked. The list is not made public:

Wikipedia - Internet Watch Foundation

Most of the blocked pages are said to be CP. The blacklist really only makes the news when they block major sites like Wikipedia or the Internet Archive.
