What you have paid on a level should count against the higher one when you upgrade. Otherwise there is no incentive to upgrade. You can just as well start a new account and go straight to that higher level.

It makes no sense for example to first pay .10 for level 3 and then .25 for level 4 when you can go straight to level 4 for .25.

I withdrew a total of 0.15 yesterday and another 0.05 today and got my withdrawal today within 1 minute. It was much faster today than it was yesterday. It took about 20 min to receive my withdrawal yesterday. But so far i withdrew a total of 0.2 with no problem. I am at level 5.

multi wallets at 1 ip isn't so strange , internetcafe, boarder school,
