happened to me yesterday, luckly I had only 1 or 2 payer, but there is no way to contact them 
the "contact us" doesn't work, I tried several times, always "error - try again" but my shares are still being accepted 

I think that pool it's just a nice scam...switched to binpool and I'm mining fine

Minerpool is active here, send him a msg. He's not a scam artist. The issue can be easily resolved. This coin was plaqued with issues from the start.
