Hello,
I am using this forum for more than 4 hours. I am rather reading posts and topics. But I am almost always unable to reply.
Why?

Umm... lol, I think. Mods are trolling now? I think that Luuzer is saying that it's the trolls fault for this restriction being put into place, and that'd be correct. |

I have spent 4 hours online and have made over 5 posts. After 6 posts (one new topic and 5 replies) and 5 hours I have not been promoted yet. Have I understood these rules correctly? What I should do?

Same here. There is a lag time in some cases. Today there seems to be a bigger lag. Perhaps it is related to the server being moved to a new box today?? |
