Gridseed Cgminer

Could do with alittle help please.

I'm attempting to mine with a 5 chip gridseed miner. The miner connects to the pool but all i get is this :-

[2015-02-13 16:38:36] Rejected d346543 diff 161/16 gsd 0 <belew difficulty>

and just keeps rejecting different transactions

Any ideas please btw i'm a newbie miner

What pool and what are you mining?
