Can you explain "your" actual problem? However, maybe it is better to contact the blockchain.info support.

I simply cannot login to my account. Blockchain.info tech wasn't any help and said they could not assist. I don't understand how i can't get into my account if I have ALL the information I need.

I have reset account and now i'm trying to reset the 2step auth to see if that helps.

thats something only the support can do, and give you a temp reset 2fa pw.
