It was more a very surprise that so many people join the ICO, and really a lot of Hero Members or Full Members. You know it is already trading on a exchange.... but i don't think people will sell it cheap when you check the hashrate and the money that people spend on mining this coin.

Trading volume can be created by putting decent targets for selling your coins. As i see that the coins that are for sell on BTCPOOL are pretty expensive

When volume is coming then you will finally get better results then just putting the prices too high. Yes, i know, everybody want to see Bittrex today, tomorrow, etc, but also give it a try with this exchange. They seems to be good people.
