Over a week now, safe to say the DEV ran off with the ICO funds, I'll keep eyes on him since we did manage tag someone for fraud in the past and bring charges, and the dev is fairly clumsy.. At least the dev is in the US so prosecution is not too difficult..

Why do you think dev is in US?  Prosecution of what? Fraud? Then all altcoins needs to be proesecute, no? People create a coin and they offer this coin to other people, without forcing people to buy it. They are smart, they never promise anything, so what will you say to the judge? I bought a coin with my own money and i receive some coins that i bought and the price went down so i want my money back??? Come on. Will you prosecute when a coin move up too?

I've lost 5 BTC on SMAC. I can also start saying, what... in OPs it is written this, and it is not 100% as in OPs so maybe i need to demand my money back, i don't think so.

A few months ago i won 7 BTC on MARYJ, should i go to the judge and say, ah, i won 7 BTC, but dev is gone now, so i want to give it back to the person that i bought, i don't think so.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

Only invest with money that you can effort to lose.

Dev is an idiot unless he is actually buying this low. Low cap and good name could do wonders here with only small amount of work yet he is happy running away with few lousy btc. 

Oh well...throwing this in junk folder - keeping just in case & moving on.

It will need high volume to stay there long, they get rid of low volume coins very quickly.

Why? Because the dev ran away with your money? Eventually network will stop and that will be the end of it. After that probably some of the bigger investors will want to take it over, but nowadays it is extremely hard to support a coin (if you do it right) and keep it alive.

I see no reason an investor would like to invest a "dev ran away" coin... Just imagine if you're the investor, will you invest into a nearly bankrupt company?

Just i would like to say to give chance this coin to be the best and not get stressed ! It is funny... So many better alt coins out there, and you think RISK is a good one?

What better altcoin!  are all most the same, it's the team that give positive impression at all altcoin! And good project! But you have to work togheter to make it better, if you all are disappointed it's not the best way to make good impression!  I think we have to change attitude and work to make this coin better! Just have a look on coinmarket many stupid altcoin has more value than Risk! Risk are only few coin to make, i think around 1000 coin , just keep, dont give Risk away just because you are disappointed, and we have to start with project that will make this coin the best!Be positive!...Don' know how this coin future will be but all depends from the people the owner this coin and work togheter to make it better ! It's great opportunity to make this coin great but all we have to be positive!
Think about, crypto are new business and still many people will be involve everyday! Only you have to think positive and understand that time and work and great ideas will make it better! BUT KEEP THIS COIN !

Risk is not there, but if was there it was not the end of the world! I believe in this coin , i told ,you have just believe and give all your support to this coin to grow! Nide some good project!  Keep your risk coin and we have to start to work togheter! And be positive! I am not programmer but i can help with good idea if coin will need any helps..
