It has been suggested before and would be a good idea to automatically hide large quotes as they get messy and are unnecesary half of the time.

Thanks for the support hilariousandco , sorry if I didn't see any simillar thread , most of them was spoilers but normal ones , not in quotes . Damn I was wrong and I clicked "no" , however my vote is yes. It would be nice to have the spoiler tag.

There have been suggestions for both spoilers and collapsable quotes and I think they'd be both useful additions.

Voted. Yes, it would! Spoilers for big quotes and for images [1] will be good. [1] The images shouldn't be pre-loaded and an option to refresh only the image will be another good addition. -MZ |

It's obvious that when you're reading topics with interesting discussions (for example), there are always large quotes.
If we can minimize it, forum is going to be ~perfect.

I don't think it would be too hard, just make it automatically put them in spoilers, which is already a planned feature.

I think that there shouldn't be a "spoiler" button, as the quotes aren't really spoilers. Instead, I think shrinking large quotes would be a better option, with the option to expand them to full size.

I understood what you meant but the general meaning of SPOILER is "Something you would've prefered to find out yourself". So I think that's not a problem. See hilariousandco's post above yours, that is perfect for this. -MZ |

I strongly agree with this idea, make a post more neat and pretty good to look at and for a more presentable image also use spoilers. very supportive of this, hopefully quickly realized  |
