With all the good news about Bitcoin, I am sure they're up to something good in 2 years.

Andreas thinks so too..

How about you? What do you think?

When Andreas talks, he can convince everyone. Even if he doesnt talk. He looks like Borat.
You know Borat?

Well he convinced me that the film was not scripted. Just like Andreas. Very convincing face.

Anywhere it may end up in two years, one thing is almost certain: the rollercoaster rides in between. Bitcoin never fails!

It will still be in mine and many other peoples wallets  Shocked No on a serious one i believe it will be accepted in many more places than it currently is, what i try to imagine will the price increase because a wider population adopting it and i really do not know lol i have a feeling it will be cheaper but not sure that is a problem if it is a worldwide accepted currency.

Every website owner and content-creator shouldbe able to seamlessly accept money online. Bitcoin with a little finesse would fit the bill perfectly.

How about you? What do you think?

It will hit $500 before the end of the year and maybe $700 in the middle of next year but will end up around $450 after two years.

I hope that in two years the number of people using bitcoin has increased and especially, more acceptance and dissemination from the media.

bitcoin could easily hit 10k/coin in a couple of years .. a lot will depend whether merchants like overstock keep dumping it on the open market, or if they start hoarding. because if big merchants begin hoarding, all bets are off. the price could hit 100k/coin, or even more.  Shortages of bitcoin on the open market would trigger a panic and create the biggest bubble the world has ever known.

i think bitcoins future is bright. with all the good news we are hearing everyday it is going to become more and more popular and as a result the price will go up too.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I don't think he means where it will be in terms of price, but where as a technology or hollistically be after 2 years

I feel it'll be very hard to predict where Bitcoin will be in 2 years. I would assume that if more adoption comes in and more people start using Bitcoins and bring in all the good news probably bitcoin will be really really popular and widely used.

People wont be using bitcoin, like people don't use Altavista now.

That's just delusional.
"People wont be using TCP/IP" same shit.

People don't even know what TCP/IP is.
And yet everyone uses it.

People will not know how Bitcoin works, yet everyone will use it.

Bitcoin is being used for almost 2 years and I guess even more and still it is being used for most transactions. When I started using bitcoins I felt it may not have any future but still it has sustained in the market and is being recognized by few popular brands.

Yup.
There will be a lag effect, but users and bitcoin's price will subsequently increase.

Hard to tell really, I think mainstream adoption is still a good few years away, whether or not that's within two years is anybody's guess.

Far as I can tell, there's still a way to go before non-tech bitcoin users can securely send/recieve/store btc, wallet providers like Circle have started simplifying the process which is great (apart from the non-US restrictions).

It is very hard to tell, hopefully it will be worth tons and I can retire early right?Smiley  It also could go the other route though, we don't know what is going to happen by the end of today even.  Bitcoin might be a joke in a couple years because something new and better came out and it was mass adopted quickly.  It is extremely hard to say what will happen, all you can do is hope!

In 2 years we'll all be in a much better place mentally and financially.

Everyone that bought in early/late, whatever...will feel "whole" once again.  Once old money starts dumping their play money into exchanges, into the ETF, into more projects, into more development, into more investments....you get the idea.
