PICISI (Philanthropic Investment and Charity for Inventions, Startups, and Ideas) is an ambitious crowdfunding startup that will accept all significant currency types.   This endeavor will likely change how cryptocurrency is viewed by the masses since it will enable people to see and use cryptocurrency in positive ways.

PICISI will be run with integrity, every account will be verified, and mgmt will review each campaign.   Microfunding via cryptocurrency combined with a great number of generous sponsors should result in every campaign at PICISI receiving some level of funding -- no one leaves with zero.  

PICISI will launch with the bare necessities: a simple site, a skeleton crew, and a few sponsors.   During the first 90 days our admins and recruiters will assemble a full compliment of participants from organizers and donors to sponsors and contractors; by the end of the period we expect significant growth.

At PICISI we define promotion three different ways:

1) Publicity - broadly raising site awareness to grow the audience ie: sponsors, organizers, and donors.
2) Outreach - the specific purpose of finding organizers to conduct campaigns at our site.
3) Marketing - the specific purpose of finding donors to fund campaigns at our site.

To achieve our goals the Executive Director will assemble an energetic team of professionals: Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Content Director, Promotion Director, Communications Director; in addition to Referral Agents, Promotion Contractors, and Campaign Contractors.

• The Deputy Director -  second in command, is in charge when the Exec Dir is on vacation, incapacitated, or as directed by the Exec Dir.
• The Assistant Director - primary task is to assist the Executive Director and the Deputy Director however at times he may also serve other directors as the need arises. [position filled]
• The Content Director - responsible for all site content, his primary focus is quantity and quality of campaigns, secondly site usability
• The Promotion Director - responsible for promoting the site to sponsors, organizers, donors, and media for more business.
• The Communications Director - responsible for having our site make news somewhere around the world everyday. via press releases, articles, and interviews.
• Referral Agent - refer people to us to do assignments, to organize campaigns, to make donations, and/or to sponsor site activity. Only registered referral agents and Admins are compensated for referring people to PICISI.
• Promotion Contractor - select and complete PICISI publicity, marketing, and/or outreach assignments.
• Campaign Contractor - work for organizers to create, develop, and/or promote their respective campaigns.

On May 3rd  we received notice that Alexa.com (#1 site ranking site) ranked www.PICISI.com at ~22M. That was phenomenal news considering there is nothing at the site and we didn't ask anyone to go there.  Our plan regarding site performance was to start monitoring it after launch but since it is now listed we will start monitoring ranking.

As one of the leaders of MAGI you know the value of creative marketing.  This project takes CC promotion to the very highest level,
not just promoting CC as a whole, but specific CCs via real life usage.   

Every time someone visits the site they see something about CC, each time they visit a campaign they will see a host fiat and a host CC,

As a blogger your writing skills could produce many points for your team if you so desired. 


I just saw a game over at 'bitcoin project development' area, the dev wants to crowdsale the game, of course I have no problem that but this is part of what I said:

what you want most of all for your project is promotion, not just funding but also publicity, marketing, and outreach, right?  None of that is available at any of the existing crowdfunding site.   At sites like indiegogo and kickstarter you have to beg and fight just for search presences, but with PICISI promotion is part of the system.   When a campaign gets sponsors it behooves them to help you promote your campaign because it increases impressions for their message.  Each time a CC donation is made -- oh yeah, at PICISI, you can raise funds in multiple fiat and multiple crypto currencies ... For now PICISI is another great idea moving towards reality ...   

It's very difficult to articulate the breath of what PICISI is designed to do, but once that is done it will serve very many very well.

Quick question: Being that I am from Canada may I ask why you decided not to use the Canadian currency?

Suggestions: I am 27 years old and have a slight learning disability where I find it very hard to learn from reading alone. I know there are lots of others with the same problem so having a video created to better put things into perspective for people might help out here to allow people to better understand the the multi-coin crowd funding plan your putting together.I see one person all ready posted that they did not understand. I do understand myself but still think  a video will greatly help.

There are many ways you could be involved:

1) the most profitable way is to organize a team at your favorite coin and get that team enrolled at PICISI,
it would mean that you would need to register the team, have the team qualify for enrollment, and get high points values.

once your team is enrolled your team will get 1/10 of 80% of PICISI revenue delivered in your team's native currency  

2) if you don't want to organize a team you could join a team(s)  -- I invite you to join Team EMC2
you could join multiple teams and do the type of work that you do and get your portion of revenue from each of the teams
commensurate with the work you put into each team.

3) if you look closely at the plan you will notice that I have a provision there for campaign contractors, these are
professionals like yourself who have skills that could help individual campaign organizers create, develop, and promote
their campaign(s).   Contractors with good reputations will get lots of work.

As you can see there are very many ways you could get involved.

Quick question: Being that I am from Canada may I ask why you decided not to use the Canadian currency?

Suggestions: I am 27 years old and have a slight learning disability where I find it very hard to learn from reading alone. I know there are lots of others with the same problem so having a video created to better put things into perspective for people might help out here to allow people to better understand the the multi-coin crowd funding plan your putting together.I see one person all ready posted that they did not understand. I do understand myself but still think  a video will greatly help.

Thanks  for that insightful comment, regarding fiat I wanted to limit the number of fiat currencies to 5, the main reason for this is because fiat would not be automatically converted.  The rationale for the specific fiats chosen is based on popularity and location; each essentially covers a different region of the world.   Nevertheless CAD can easily get included.    

As for the video, absolutely yes, we need lots of videos videos for every single aspect of PICISI: teams, campaigns, how to do things, how things work, follow-up campaigns, and many other things.   Creation of needed videos is one of the ways teams will be able to accumulate points.   And for those who are particularly skilled they could also do it for other teams as well.

Good question

The contractors are service professionals, they determine for themselves if they are: 'freelancers', 'independent contractors', or 'a business'.
They are not employees of PICISI; however there is a relationship and protocol that we would want respected, and because of that we classify the contractors as 'independent contractors'.   

You asked if they are eligible to join a coin-team, my immediate response would be yes, but since you asked perhaps you feel their may be some reason why that should not be the case, please share any reservation.    The work done by contractors are for campaign organizers.   

Let's say you owned XYZ video productions,  you could as a company and/or as a individual be a member of a team, and you could also be a contractor to do videos for campaigns.   As long as things are done in good faith (open and honest) there should be no problems doing anything that is reasonable and logically sound.


As for Team HYPER, this is interesting because HYPERfuture indicated his intent to organize a team from HYPER -- would that be the same team you are speaking of?

Since only one team can represent a coin, my suggestion is that you come together to form the team.   

If you don't want to be on a large size team because it would result in a smaller slice of the team pie I would suggest a different coin.

Nevertheless, I would encourage someone from HYPER to register a team.
