Echoing what Small said above I'd be able to help a bit. Small can help with audio and I can do voiceovers/video as needed.  Small has a very unique sound to his mixes and I we can dig in together to help in the way we have with the HYPER community.  I have another artist named Sonic Grime as well.

My time is limited but I'm willing to do some work here and there.

Here's a video I made with my voice:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMTt3zAJgpg

Here's a sample of my dad's voice.  He's better IMO and what you hear is straight through the mic no FX with him:
https://soundcloud.com/jeremiah-nichol/hyper-crypto-demo-voice-mmo-tom-nichol

THanks for considering HYPER for this project!

Sure! I'd love to collab with you.
I've also updated the post back at the HYPER thread.

The short answer to your questions is YES

Here's the long answer:
It helps all CCs because it will have a great impact and good associations
Any CC can donate to any campaign, any CC can offer sponsorship perks, any CC can offer campaign sponsorships, and any cc can offer video sponsorships.

But it will mostly help the 10 coins directly involved because they will be getting the high volume attention, they will be the host CC sponsors (the currency that all other donated CC is converted to for that campaign), and they will get the revenue sharing.

No need to be on the outside looking in, put Team Dopecoin organized and registered.  If for whatever reason you don't want to go the team route just join up with one of the teams willing to have you.   The two registered teams in the OP have room on their teams for more people.

Here's another way to view the plan. Imagine what 10 CC communities would do if they cooperatively ran Indiegogo and Kickstarter.  Some things would be different right?
 - we would allow for CC donations in addition to fiat donations,
 - we would encourage sponsorship everywhere we can (perks, campaign, and video),
 - we would give every member some free CC to intrigue them to learn more about the coin and to use it,
 - we would help promote the campaigns we sponsor because we want our message to be heard too,
 - we would find a way to promote the site, campaigns, all of the coins involved
 - we would share revenue between the 10 CC communities evenly
 - each community would have a minimum amount of work to do in order to get the benefits
 - we would create an admin to organize the day-to-day things,

and we would gave that CC community based crowdfunding business a name that describes who we are and what we want to do -- oh well that would be the same as them.

This is a cool idea, but TBH PICISI is not a good name i.e. not pronounceable, not memorable, not mainstream ...think of SWARM cool name.

And the coin selection process appears too stingent, overly complex and difficult to understand.  On the face of it reads like MLM.  I think a better idea would be to work with selected trusted devs and the backing of their communities will follow, then work on the branding and PR strategy as a whole.

Yes, SWARM is an excellent name, however in the context of crowdfunding how does it relate?

The name of the coop is subject to change, so if there is a better name it will be considered.   The qualities should be: available in '.com', relatively short, funny sounding, pronounceable, easy to spell, easy to recognize, hard to confuse with something else, and should refer to crowdfunding and/or cryptocurrency.

"... the coin selection process appears too stingent, overly complex and difficult to understand ... reads like MLM"

The coin selection process is based on a couple things:
1) Reservations - 6 reserved spots, 3 caused-coins / 3 gamer-coins; both genres are a great fit for crowdfunding, they should be able to reach out to their constituency for participation.   Cause coins are always looking for donors as well as specific organizers relative to their cause to support.  And gamer coins always have writers, developers, and individuals who want to support new games.   Reservation are at the enrollment level, if for whatever reason cause-coins or gamer-coins don't register or don't qualify, then the enrollment reservations is unnecessary.

2) Performance - willingness and ability to do as promised.  Prior to ANN 14 different coin communities indicated that they like the plan and want involvement. how many of them will register, how many will qualify, and how many will get enrolled.   Everyone wants the benefits, but not everyone wants to do work necessary to get it.  The Qualifying phase of the plan shows everyone who can perform as promised.

3) Motivation -  it probably feels like it reads like a MLM because the plan is based on teamwork, it rewards performance, it encourages organization and structure, and most of all is rooted in PROMOTION (Publicity, Marketing, and Outreach).   But there's no financial investment necessary, no 'kits' to buy, no hard sales to do, and most of all no multiple compensation levels.

I don't want it to be "overly complex or difficult to understand" in fact I want to make it as short, simple, and easy to understand as possible, which is why 3 lead-up articles were written prior to the ANN, however the plan is intrinsically complex -- tell me how to shorten it and I will.

It's a really cool idea.

Just throwing out a different name idea: CryptoPICCUP (CryptoPICCUP.com is available) - Cryptocurreny Philanthropic Investment, Charity, & Crowd-funding Unified Plan (or Program for the P?)

Cute like hiccup, and easy to say. Also sounds like "pick up", like you're raising cryptocurrencies to be worth more, not just fiat value, but worth more as in does something worthwhile like charity.

As for Team HYPER, this is interesting because HYPERfuture indicated his intent to organize a team from HYPER -- would that be the same team you are speaking of?

Since only one team can represent a coin, my suggestion is that you come together to form the team.

If you don't want to be on a large size team because it would result in a smaller slice of the team pie I would suggest a different coin.

Nevertheless, I would encourage someone from HYPER to register a team.

This is true. HYPERfuture definitely has an interest in this, and we talked a bit about it. Small took the initiative to try to form a team, and we have 3 members atm. When HYPERfuture is back, I'm sure we can finalize a team for this.

Thanks Armis for your work!

Thanks for that.

Since the last time we communicated the scope of the project has changed greatly although the core remains the same: 'an indiegogo clone integrated with CC'.
I'm in discussion with one of the exchanges about a special relationship, if that goes anywhere they would be pulled into the CC integration conversation.  Aside from that there are very many customizations (not indicated above) in the plans that, depending on time and costs, would be part of the end product.

I know you are extremely busy and that your schedule is packed, however as I told HYPERfuture I will certainly invite you to bid the project and give you preference for the project.  The preference would be in the form of a 'right of first refusal' -- if someone has a materially more attractive bid then yours you would be given the opportunity to match it, essentially if all things are equal you would get the contract.

Nevertheless, we are a ways off from that, we have the registrations and qualifiers to graduate through, somewhere during the CF campaign a budget will be finalized then bids accepted.

http://delvegroup.com/pitfalls-branding-acronyms/

http://fatrabbitcreative.com/expert_advice/the_unexpected_perils_of_business_acronyms

BTW: SWARM, had it not been taken, would have been perfect for a crowd funding platform.  It's edgy, disruptive, dynamic and memorable. And conotes collective movement, mobilization and a mass of individuals surrounding an individual.

With branding it is not always necessary to include so much information, this is sometimes counter productive and communicates less.  Emotive names, not technically descriptive names are sometimes best.

On the name subject .. PICISI is cool. Quirky but hides a serious purpose under it. Also, it's something that kind of swirls in the mind, how would I actually pronounce this? ...

Did anyone think WhatsApp, facebook?!, Flickr, indiegogo would be good names for multi bil dollar companies? Google for that matter .. misspelling of Googol, a number. I still remember 1999/2000 when was showing an elderly secretary Google, "what's that Goggley?"

SWARM .. especially in capitals does not sound very academic (can't think of a better word), more a hipster crowdswarming app .. Smiley

Coinmarket Cat prowls once again.

I don't know how I missed such a great username: MakingMoneyHoney

Here's a little more background on what we went through; many other names were toyed with some that I like a whole lot, but didn't go with because of one reason or another.   I didn't want anything that had a negative tone, I didn't want anything that was negative in any of the 10 other languages we considered, I didn't want anything that was more than 8 letters, and I didn't want anything with too many different letters.   Someone offered us "backr.io" free, but it was passed over because it wasn't '.com'.

Considering the wants and don't wants the list was boiled down to the following:
1) Angellancy
2) Angelence
3) Abajaba
and
4) PICISI

Angelence and Angellancy were really nice but was deemed pretentious
Abajaba was, and continues to be, my favorite for many reasons: it easy to say, spelling is the same forward and backward, and best of all it actually makes you smile each time you say it.  But since we could not connect anything of substance to it, it was let go.

although PICISI was not as funky or exotic as abajaba it edged it out because it had meaning.

Nevertheless it is NOT carved in stone.  Things don't finalize until after after Qualifying and before Enrollment.

BTW: SWARM, had it not been taken, would have been perfect for a crowd funding platform.  It's edgy, disruptive, dynamic and memorable. And conotes collective movement, mobilization and a mass of individuals sourounding an individual.

With branding it is not always necessary to include so much information, this is sometimes counter productive and communicates less.  Emotive names, not technically descriptive names are sometimes best.

Inasmuch as I sincerely appreciate the links (I read the material, thanks) the supportive documentation was unnecessary because I'm open to change and discussion.  As of right now PICISI is the name of the plan, and will likely be the name of the site, but the whole plan is in open public discussion, that means everything is subject to changes.

your article was added.

If you were part of a Team you at your team would get 10 wk hrs credit for that article,  I would recommend that you organize a team, or join a team.  The two teams above are looking for additional team mates.

Also, if you are a writer you may also want to offer your professional services to organizers when site is up.  see the list forming at the bottom of this post:   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=957862.msg10480538#msg10480538
