Yes, it must be cloudflare, my another friend tried this site, and has the same problem. So you have turned it down, right?

cloudflare bans Chinese ip because China has a GFW(great fire wall) to block some sites like google, facebook, twitter. It is said that GFW bans cloudflare, therefore cloudflare bans Chinese ip. It's unlucky and unfair to Chinese users who surf sites with cloudflare protection.  

But chinese players can still use VPN services. I heard that they are VPN cheaper in China than in any other country. It is almost obligatory that you use it when surfing from China.

Btw, about VPN, I usually use proxy. I will move to another country in next 2 weeks, I hope I won't input the cloudflare recapcha anymore.

I'm loving the site guys, the software is kinda clunky not as smooth as other sites but i really enjoy the community there it's alot of fun to play with everyone there because people are chatting and enjoying themselves they're not acting like bots plus they have 2 freerolls every hour and a bunch of guaranteed tourneys with no minimum players required. I haven't received the reply to the issue I encountered during a game. I am still waiting for the email reply.

I don't think it's intentionally. What i think happens is that people register for the tourney then forget about it and the software doesn't sit them out automatically after they time out, so every hand they take up the whole timer. Also there needs to be a beeping sound when it's someone's turn to act, right now it beeps when the timer is running out but if I'm doing something else on the computer i don't know it's my turn to act until the timer is almost to the last seconds so it makes it seem like I'm waiting till the end to act.

Yes you are right it might need to be less than 30 seconds a hand.

I know it happens to me sometimes and it's not intentional on my part, it's just because I may be multitasking and doing other stuff online and don't hear the beep until i only have a few seconds left to act. But maybe some people do it intentionally as well.

Would really like to have on this site some more options to enjoy more my poker experience:

 - four colours deck
 - change seat (or prefered seat)
 - a flag (or a different font or everything easy for you)  in main lobby on tournaments I'm already registered to
 - display tournament start time in player  timezone
 - bust out freerolls players who don't show up in thre first  ...... minutes
 - a lobby tournament filter to hide complete ones
 - a slider to set bet amount
 - automuck option ( automuck on won, on loss, always)

Anyway be aware I'm enjoying your site and the way I'm dealt from support.

remove the chairs around poker tables or at least set up a  background with only the table and players around it without any chair please (those chairs make cards more difficult to read expecially without four colours deck option)

I will set that one up for the rest of my days

Taking all the information in and will do almost all the upgrades as everyone wishes just need some time to put it all together. We are a work in progress. Thank you to everyone for all the information gathering and thank you for emailing me the issues as well to the ones who do to let me continue to upgrade and enhance our software. There is a captcha every time, but sometimes the captcha doesn't show, that's why I stuck.

I guess there is the function to add my ip to the whitelist. Therefore i hope the admin can add me to it.

What to do:
