Yeah Its not a pure gambling its a Skill game. And you should Know the difference between Gambling and skill game. Its depends on your skill if you are a good at that game, you can win easily.

its not a good idea. first that is not provably fair, 2nd, he can send a message to himself from one of his account/s and tell the player that he lose his bet, 3rd the fee of 40% is too much he isn't even trusted enough to hold funds like that

I think creating a website is not a good Idea. Because how some one will bet, how some one will know that you are doing this prove ably fair, you may scam them. because they cant see the proof. are you doing some thing special for that?

Yo i dont think you can win actual bitcoin though, you cant buy chips at the site with bitcoin.  Then they just give prizes out on a points leaderboard.  That is my understanding of it anyway. Its a shame.
