I don´t know; they´ve been having these persistent outages for quite a while. Guess they´re doing something about it now. At least I hope so.
If they were absconding with your funds (a pretty high likelihood in the BTC marketplace when outages occur) why would they even bother with this thread anyway ? Don´t see the gain.

Whatever it is, I am glad they have are doing it now during a weekend when very little action is taking place on the order books. If they can resolve some of the load issues they were experiencing during peak trading hours it will be well worth the wait in my opinion. |

Could you please allow users to give an address for shares to be associated with in case a site shutdown happens. This would allow the issuers to handle things on their end if havelock goes down.

Issuers receive the complete list of of shareholders every 12 hours, or so. |

Well on the plus side I have BDD shares and still receiving emails on dividends that i am "supposedly" receiving..

Yep, I scheduled the dividends in advance; I've been receiving the unit holder lists as well. However, Havelock holds all funds in escrow for BDD, so the health of the fund of course relies on the health of the exchange. |
