my friends was a ponzi (and HYIP) maniac, he often join newly built ponzi site and make a good profit from it
but he often loose too, because owner of ponzi site run too early
he told me very hard to leave this ponzi game, because he can get money easily from ponzi (and loose easily too)
win and make profit -> more greedy to get another money
loose and loss profit -> time to revenge! make profit from another ponzi
good things that he can leave this ponzi world now

This is why they continue to get new domains, make new sites and come back because they know people are greedy fools and they'll keep falling for those. As for me, I haven't ever lost money in any Ponzi.

The question should be - how many people have actually made money in ponzi schemes?

Weeklyponzi is my first ponzi here, I started to play on week #1, sent out 4BTC (4 deposit 1BTC each) on day 2 and I only got back 2.6BTC. I lost 2 out of 4 deposits and then I stopped playing.

A lesson has been learned in a hard way

it's very bad that you lose just in two days, it's too early
so lesson learned, nobody knows when will new ponzi close (except ponzi operator)
invest in earlier stage and withdraw immediately scheme doesn't actually works

i reminded this one too Cheesy
buy cows and wait your profit after that (and can get more if you refer someone)
i make small profit there, after understand it is ponzi,i withdraw all my coins from there
that the first time i knew about ponzi, and avoid to join ponzi anymore since that

The question should be - how many people have actually made money in ponzi schemes?

that question would be too scary to be answered Tongue
like someone else already did the math, the only people who actualy made money are the pozi scammers.
