I agree with this but the problem is, if we give them their own board, its pretty much the "scam" board since most if not all ponzis end up running. Giving them their own board would make it more "real" and they would likely grow.

I think these should be here, so no one can differentiate between gambling and ponzi scam site, Investing in ponzi site is similar to investing in gambling, its also a gamble.

It seems that it will never be created a new forum section/board for the ponzi, because if it will create a lot of users will start to change the name of their topics from "ponzi" to " investment and it will be difficult to identify and differentiate them.
Maybe there can be a rule, that if a ponzi is renamed to something else, and its obvious its a ponzi, then that thread would be just deleted. So in that case, people won't go about creating different names for the ponzi

Ponzi schemes aren't moderated , as the scam.

But when they come, they come in 100's.

Actually even an experienced person maybe not be able to differentiate a scam ponzi from a non ponzi. Its because most of them pay upto sometime, and then stop paying.

Also the good thing about a new section is we can have a sticky about things like how ponzis work and how they will eventually crash and stuff like that.

Yea having a board which says your not allowed to call scam or anything would be good. It just adds a bunch of unnecessary spam. People have to understand the risks of ponzis before investing in them.

Creting a new sub-forum means we are supporting it, atleast in the words of Bitcointalk/Bitcoin haters and that is a big problem. We may see much more Ponzi schemes if we create such boards, you can take Altcoin section as an example.
