I am looking for the best way to buy bitcoins with instant delivery with visa/master prepaid debit cards and gift cards without mailing them physically.

Except circle, coinmx etc who have take ages to verify the identity bcoz i m looking to buy bitcoins everyday using different cards but of the same billing address so i am looking for a way which has instant verification and delivery.

I guess that Gyft (to buy Gift cards) do allow using those payment methods . not sure tho never used them .
For buying Bitcoin , you can check LocalBitcoins otherwise Virwox (fees may kill you tho).

If you don't want to go through verification with Circle, then go to a bank and get a cash advance on your Prepaid Debit card. Take the cash and buy BTC from someone on LBC for cash deposit at a bank.

Banks don't charge fees for cash advances on debit card. You don't even need a bank account at that specific bank.

The only method I know of is VirWox.
It is quite expensive but it is a safe and popular service.
There is very little verification as far as I remember.

Prepaid debit cards can't be taken on Circle, they have something that blocks prepaid cards.

Coinbase only takes credit cards.

There are a few merchants on localbitcions.com that takes prepaid cards in exchange for bit coins.  Yet they do charge a premium for that service.
