No, too many people would start making newbie accounts and try to exploit. Keeping it on member and above is good.

Agreed on that point . It's fine with Full members , anything below that will simply cause spamming and multiple accounts on the same signature compaign , also Low quality posts .

How about a premium for posters with really good trust ratings?   I know I am more likely to clink a link from someone with a good rep than someone with no rep or negative feedback. Not sure if something like that would be deemed a bad thing or not though...just a thought.

This is an interesting debate. In the past people (including myself) have deemed it bad to pay above market rates for those with certain trust ratings, however at the end of the day it's called advertising and advertising can be targeted (more expensive ads can be placed in premium spots such as a trusted user's signature space).

Well trust on these forums is a sensitive subject..that is why I am not sure if it is a good idea. It might look bad if you pay based on that. I just figured I would toss it out there. It is not an easy task to build a good reputation here...takes years of being honest.
