You may have a look at our service: TOXCOIN Bitcoin Exchange

We sell BTC for many payment methods like Payeer/Credit Card, Perfect Money and OKPAY.
If you would like to buy BTC from us with credit card, please register a Payeeraccount and link your credit card to your account. Once you've done that, you can buy Bitcoins from us with Payeer without any limits.

Please check our service thread to see the details: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=954370.0

I'm looking to buy a bitcoin miner (mostly for fun). I can't seem to figure out how to convert cash into bitcoin (yes, I have a wallet and am already part of Slush's pool). Could someone please help me with this? I was thinking about getting the Antminer S5 or an S4 if I can find a deal. Thanks guys.

There is a lot of exchangers out there to buy Bitcoin using Credit cards , here is a full list (Take caution tho) : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_To_Buy_Bitcoins_With_Your_Credit_Card .
You also have https://bit-x.com/ , They allow a lot of kinds for deposits fiat like Paypal , Credit Cards (Visa , Master Card etc ... ) here is their official thread on Bitcointalk : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874312.0 , feel free to ask them any questions . I'am pretty sure they will answer you.

WOw, you just said the same thing the guy before you said. There are stores which can allow you to buy prepaid bitcoin cards with balance. Might be good for buying with cash.
