@HelloCrypto - very nice! But letters are too wide for me. We have only 3 letters in XCO so graphic can make even more complicated each letters, they should be visible with that. Anyway, I like DRK logo - perfect for me!

@Xrn - wow, at the black background very nice view  Grin

What about having the Xco in big letters and in in little letters? That way you get the tracker letters and the coin easily visible?

XCOin or so

Guys, i have realized the min 25k coins to get good rewards is ridiculous.
Even with the auto splitting, only 50 people have more than 25k coins. also everytime you stake you need to combine it again.
I want to change the minimum input to 999 coins. And want to make it a smoother difference in rewards. And put a max reward somewhere higher. And also lower the rewards as time passes like pow does.

For this, it needs serous changes to be made in the protocol.
We should create a test coin with same specs that xcoin has now. then i put the changes on the testcoin and we see if it works. Then once it works i push the changes to xcoin.
The testcoin would be just a test. The chain will be reset a few times probably on the testcoin. Then the chain will end. so dont invest the testcoin. Mine it only to test with me. I hope some people want to test it with me. So we can make xcoin better than it is now.

Sounds like a plan.  Agree, the 25K does seem excessive.
Im going to release the testcoin so we can test tomorrow. Right now i need to sleep.
Thank you all for making such wonderful logos.

Thanks - the mockups just show how the logo looks on different coloured backgrounds, etc, and how it might look in black and white - it's important to consider this early before any "shit I hadn't thought of that" moments later on. Smiley

About the letter issue - it's essential to understand what the name of this coin is. Is it Xcoin or XCO? For me, XCO is the symbol, just like BTC (or XBT) is the symbol for Bitcoin. In my opinion, the logo should be representative of the coin name, not the symbol.

It's all about weak traders.

Weak trader bought for example for 800, hold few hours when price is rising; but next day price is 750-990 and weak trader is in panic mode and want to sell ASAP their coins for 890 or 850 or even for 700 at loss...

Why?

Because weak trader = pussy. He feels fear very easy when price is not rising all time Smiley

Usually few days after that the same weak trader is buying the same coin when he sees that price rose from 800 to 2000... He's buying at 1800... Prce is going to 2200... he holds because he know that last time he fucked up trading... Price is peaking to 2400.. 2500.. and then correct to 1500... Weak trader is in trouble again... so many bad emotions, too many bad moves...

The main mistake in this case is selling too early because of fear and rebuying in very solid uptrend - which is not mistake itself but! - holding too long (bad move in the end of uptrend).

The funniest thing is that he learned what mistake he made and he used that lesson to completly another situation. So clue was good but not in another part of game Smiley

I don't say that all traders are like that but many %. And at market with small volume and small depth, sometimes only 1 or 2 weak traders can block market for few hours or even days because of that special fear to hold coin longer.

First thing in every analysis is to know what trend is or what trend is more possible to be. Without that, every trader can sell too early or buy too late imho.

...Ofc is not that easy always.

Yep, only about 2.5 days left for mining as 25sec average blocks! Should see a sharp increase in volume/price as POW comes to an end. Also we will see what el3ab does with the new coding.

Which sites are open to trading this coin?

Turn off the news and read. Watch Psywar, learn something important about our society and PR, why and how it got started and how it brainwashes you.

Can someone create IRC channel for us ?

Sure, I can make an IRC channel on freenode, or would you guys prefer a safer private server? I have an IRC channel on both servers for UNB.

The benefit of the private server is easy nickname registration and host masks so users ip addys aren't shown in public.

My belief is more community members would participate if on freenode. I'll admit I'm lazy and wouldn't take any extra steps to register my name somewhere again.

Supply is small, missions change over time, and it's easy to grab a large portion currently.

I'm testing now staking at few addresses in one wallet  Grin
One big input in another address.
Results are better than sending many 25k to one address  Tongue
