David Ruscoe and Russell Moore from Grant Thornton New Zealand were yesterday appointed liquidators of Cryptopia

Despite the efforts of management to reduce cost and return the business to profitability, it was decided the appointment of liquidators was, in the best interests of customers, staff and other stakeholders.

The liquidators are focused on securing the assets for the benefit of all stakeholders. While this process and investigations take place, trading on the exchange is suspended.

“Given the complexities involved we expect the investigation to take months rather than weeks.”

The liquidators are also working with independent experts and the relevant authorities with regards to the company’s obligations.

Grant Thornton will be contacting all customers and suppliers about its appointment in the next few days.

What about Yobit. Do they open their wallet soon?

Edit. Yobit wallet is open again and trading continues. Staking goes well as usually and wallet works fine.

Is XCO listed on coinexchange.io? I can see the above peers link (thanks for the resource!), but I don't see the coin actually listed for any of the trading pairs.

Of course XCO is in maintenance on Yobit once again, so I am wondering if there are any markets that are currently working?

Edit. I´m getting error when trying to deposit XCO. Tested another coin too and same thing. When trying to BTC Im getting address, but Im not going to deposit any BTC.

Low volume may be affecting their motivation to keep their chains up and going.  I'm a bit disappointed with the exchange so far...however support does respond to emails so I'll give them a little time to get their fish together...

Would be nice to see XCO on another exchange soon, is anyone aware of any free listing opportunities right now?

A lot of legacy chains (many of which are stable and stake daily for hodlers), are very undervalued right now, the security of a mature blockchain cannot be overstated, it is up to us (the community) to continue development on these chains an provide future usecases (or inter interoperability with other chains perhaps?).

Xcoin on binance from november? I read somthing on telegram chanel.

If it legit source, that will be awesome. I do not have any issues about XCO ever, working project, but bad luck with exchanges and quiet dev. Been waiting that fork, if that is still plan.
