Why is that?
Because they scammed us. Cryptsy was hacked and their funds were stolen, they kept this hidden from the users so they kept trading giving them fees and kept bringing new money to cryptsy, effectively operating as a ponzi from the time they were hacked. I don't really know, that topic has 400 pages, I'm waiting for a shorter version. I think BigVern escaped to China. |

No, this is just the gold base of Xaurum that functions as its lower limit of value. You can only mine it or mint it according to coinage equations, so the base can grow. |

It would be, were intended as a sale of gold, but the function of gold reserves isn't to sell, but to determine the base value of Xaurum, so if it drops below 80$ or something like (at the moment), the gold would be so cheap that people would profit by melting Xaurum, and either increase the price or preserve their value in gold. |

But, who would even sell this coin if it has a potential to be worth 100g of investment gold ?? What would be the price of the coin then? |

Xaurum can be mined on http://goldmine.aurumproject.io/It is a pool, so the payouts timing depends on your mined value, if you mine with low hashpower payouts can take a while. |

Are you perhaps using nicehash? It doesn't work with vardiff. Nope. Anyway I'm able to connect now... Another questions, how frequent is the payout like? I mined somwhere during mid APR and got paid on 9-May.. There was a bug, but its fixed now. The payout depends on the hashpower, so it happens when the mined value is relatively high in respect to the transaction fees of a coin mined, it can take a while. |
